Biography

Born in Jackson, Mississippi and raised by older adoptive parents in Carriere, MS, Fletchy grew up surrounded by the sounds of 60s classics before discovering Hip-Hop in middle school. Influenced by Lil Wayne, Drake, and Post Malone, he started writing his own rhymes and posting tracks online, quickly developing a raw, self-made style. His breakout came when a freestyle parody as “Snack Harlow” went viral, racking up over 4 million views in 48 hours and earning a retweet from LeBron James plus co-signs from Trippie Redd, Jennifer Lopez, and Juicy J. Soon after, his From The Block performance of “DK” — delivered in full Peter Griffin costume — exploded to 40+ million views, drawing attention from Dwyane Wade and leading to a deal with BMG. But Fletchy is more than viral moments. His sharp wordplay, self-deprecating humor, and references to sports, gaming, and pop culture have made fans and critics alike call him a true student of Hip-Hop. His debut EP Tha Colossal Apostle — featuring “Money Callin,” “This is Crazy,” and “Ooh” (produced by D.A. Got That Dope) — blends inspirational grit with playful flexes, balancing personal stories of loss and struggle with ambition and swagger. Now with millions of views, celebrity endorsements, and a debut album on the horizon, Fletchy is carving out a lane all his own — one where authenticity, punchlines, and personality collide to create one of Hip-Hop’s most unexpected rising voices.
