What started as a survival move became a global brand — feeding celebrities, families, and the community with the same recipe: love, grit, and authenticity. But Mikey never left the soil. Every year, he’s boots on the ground — giving back through Trap Kitchen Turkey Drives, Christmas Tree Giveaways, and community pop-ups that bless hundreds of families across the city.
